Yes, you can exchange or return unused products in good condition within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on the store’s side. Note: Fresh flowers may spoil quickly, so they cannot be returned after delivery unless there is a defect caused by the store. Custom-made products or items made according to your specifications are not eligible for exchange or return.
Delivery is made according to the chosen delivery time: Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 PM. Friday from 2:00 PM. Currently, delivery is available throughout Riyadh only.
